Martin joined the team at Macaulay Wray Solicitors having trained with and worked for an international law firm in Belfast for five years.
Specialising in corporate and commercial law, with a particular specialism in energy-related matters, Martin advises a range of commercial clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and group reorganisations. Martin also has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. Martin’s energy-related experience includes advising utility companies, developers of large and small scale renewables projects, as well as lenders providing project finance for renewables.
A native of the north west, Martin graduated in law from University of Ulster, Magee in 2012 and joined Macaulay Wray in August 2017.
